The Clifton Montpelier Powis Community Alliance (CMPCA) have often graced the pages of this publication for the various dubious activities of their officers. This year the organisation, which claims to represent some 2,500 households in the area, will be holding their official Christmas party (at £7.50 per head) in the chairman’s house.
