Regency Square Residents Call For Offensive Graffiti

Hats off to the Regency Square Area Society for making a mischievous, yet very amusing, request for taggers and graffiti artists to ensure that anything they feel the need to tag is done so in the most offensive manner possible. It highlights Brighton and Hove City Council and CityClean’s ridiculous policy that they will only clean offensive or racist tagging, whilst ignoring all other examples of such ‘art’.
