Disciplinary Panel Finds Councillor ‘Brought Office Into Disrepute’
A disciplinary panel consisting of two independent members and one councillor found that Councillor Geoffrey Theobald, who last month parked his Jag in a disabled bay as he was late for a meeting, had breached the members’ code of ethics, but no action would be brought against him. When a “normal” member of the public does such a thing, they at least get a fine, don’t they?

Clearly, the teachers at the school who instilled in me, the importance of common courtesy and humility, were working from a different curriculum for this person. Arrogance or ignorance maybe?.
