As I took a stroll in the Lanes on a Saturday afternoon I heard the cry of “P*ss off, why don’t you p*ss off, yeah?”. I turned to see a rather irate looking Josh Arghiros glaring at me. Mr. Arghiros is the property magnate behind the failed King Alfred development, who, readers will remember, we featured a couple of issues ago, taking particular interest in his hiring of acting students to pack out the public gallery at council meetings, pretending to be residents in favour of the project.
See? We told you he was charming.
