The behaviour is/was hugely inappropriate and I don't wonder there was a feel of some kind of sexual assault, but I don't know if that's actually the case here (although that bit about a groin injury is worrying!) But this seems very different from an actual sexual assault with intent. I'm all for the law making sure that everyone's safe, but putting this guy up against the same sentence as a real abuser almost makes a mockery of the law itself. There's no indication of the level the women felt threatened, no suggestion of any underage perversion. He's a bit of a sad man from what I can tell from this. He needs help of a physiological nature. He is not to be blamed any more than those who suffer from any other form of illness. He needs help as soon as possible.
